    18. Gingerbread

    More now than any other time of the year, gingerbread is on my mind and my taste buds salivate at the very thought of moist spiced cake!

    Thankfully, this year, during our recent travel to Atlanta, Neal found in Trader Joe’s there famous holiday, vegan, gingerbread loaf! A slice of that delicious loaf with melted butter for breakfast really hit the spot!

    And as if that was not enough, Starbucks has gone into gingerbread overload!

    I think many people know about my love of most things, Starbucks by the number of gift cards I receive on my birthday and Christmas. So with my app fully loaded, I can go into any local Starbucks coffee and have the baristas load me up on gingerbread loaf, gingerbread latte, cold brew with foam, and a sprinkle of gingerbread dust.
