Just like the pages of an old worn novel, we walked down Broad Street, Rome, Georgia, reconstructing memories of years past. Rome.
Rome, Georgia. What did that mean? In his mind, my husband Neal, visited days when this little town was his temporary college home. Berry College, of the famed “Martha Berry“, was commonly hailed as America’s largest campus.
In October of 2012, we were pulled back to this place, an intersection where young adult future aspirations collided with historical hometown Main Street.
A necessary stop in Neal’s homage, Partridge Restaurant. More about his journey, read here: Berry Rome-ing
