Sizing Me Up For Dinner!

I spent the day walking on the sandy beach of South Carolina’s Hunting Island State Park. Hiking the beautiful trails was the order for good mental health but first I needed to visit the Nature Center to become familiar with a few of the locals here, if you know what I mean.

Believe it or not but straight out the gate there are the reptiles. I mean the snakes! I’m never a friend to this folk but there was glass between us.

The snakes barely moved but after walking by 5 different types of these guys I felt like I might have been on the dinner plate as each snake made the choice or just passed me on for the next guy on the “walk in menu”.

Look at these beautiful faces! Ok guys just one tiny bite, thats all!
