Repost Read – Throwback Thursday
Living in the Historic District, downtown Savannah it is likely you will see many-a strange things.
On this morning, I walked out the front and two strangers were standing there in front of our door. “There is a bird sitting in that bush!“, the lady exclaimed as her fella rapidly pointed down towards our box wood bush.
I locked the door and looked down. There he was, minding his own bird business. A Cedar Waxing, resting comfortably atop the little branches. Maybe even nestled in the a bit.
How did I know this bird species? I’m glad you asked. I had just purchased a guide for bird and raptors for our area.
Do you see him? Well it paid off!
He turned his little head as I proceeded to get as many close ups as I could.
