Italian Cooking my friends!

This was not your ordinary ravioli but an Artisan Ravioli, small batch ( yeah, look that up) stuffed with the piquillo pepper which variety of chili, having a sweet taste with no heat, traditionally grown in Northern Spain.

Perfect for two!

I served the ravioli with sautéed spinach, hot sausage and a basil tomato sauce. Hot naan with mozzarella to sop up the sauce, oh yeah.

So tasty!
