Cast Iron Panko Crusted Baked Tilapia

What is Robert Cooking?

Seafood Cooking my friends!

Looks like fish made the menu tonight!

First I covered the fish in corn starch (for crispiness) then dredged in egg and coated with flour, paprika, parsley and panko style bread crumbs.

A light spray of olive oil and into the oven to bake.

Broil a few moments after for golden color and serve up.

Time to share!
