Celebrating “WalkingSquares” challenge.

When you live in an old city, a historic city, a vintage city, walking can take you to many places that can amaze you.

A stroll to the river means you must travel down the bluff. Factor’s Row or Walk is only way up or down.

Built in the 1800’s these stairs are still here but climbing this bit of history comes with it’s own warning. Moss covered stone, short slate steps weather worn and uneven, resurrection fern growing from brick, weathered rusted railings that still appear to loosely attached to the wall and stairs. Yeah, this can be a very risky endeavor. A trip or missed step can lead to nasty fall.

Believe it or not hundreds of tourists flock this city headed to the numerous bars and drinking establishments along the river. Use at Own Risk may be the last thing some folks see before waking up in an ambulance or hospital.

See you soon all my Squarefriends!
