I have. It was May 2018. Neal (NealEnjoy), and I traveled to the Mayo Clinic near Jacksonville, Florida. This state of the art medical center specializes in everything needed to study, diagnose, treat, and recover from many things affecting the human condition. They have teams of doctors and specialists in many medical areas.
Spectacular water features spray water in many different patterns to allow you to connect to nature that surrounds the area. Gorgeous tall trees swaddle you in this planned oasis.
Mayo Clinic is especially proud of the campus with having beautiful art and relaxing areas both indoors and out to encourage reflection and ease from medical stresses. Pathways with benches wind around ponds and bridges allow you walk over “not so troubled waters”.
Many species of birds take flight and land in both water and trees. But guess what else is in the water?
In Florida.
Yes, our friend the American Alligator. You know him, you met before.

I’m telling you all the truth. I don’t actually go look for animals. Yet, here there are. Or at least a small one was seen that day.
I wonder where one will show up next?
