What a beautiful day! People are sitting on benches enjoying lunch. Birds have found a way to beat the August heat, 103 degrees real feel.
Birds flitter, flap and splash, chasing one another to get a space in the tiny pool of water on the base of a historic plaque. Clever little guys!
