Always keep flowers (and plants) in your bathroom!
Never Home Alone, makes a case for how our homes have become void of healthy microbes, and bacteria as we have “shut the doors” as I were on “the great outdoors”. The book says that apartments, (we live in one) especially are the furthest from the outdoors having hallways that lead to compartmentalized rooms in a building. Also, it seems that humans have found every cleaner and spray and disinfectant to kill what we believe are the worst germs and bacteria and has somehow killed off the healthy ones to resulting, and our bodies, not being as healthy as they used to be when we spent more time in the outdoors, especially when we were younger.
Thanks to this book that Neal and I are reading, I love to find plants, weeds, and other wild things growing and bring them into our apartment!

I saw the Dandelion seed heads and thought, no, I’m imagining them as real. Those fluffy seeds all through the house yet 😂.
I agree, I have plants in most room in my house, I have insects and geckos living in my house, there is all manner of bird who enjoy my verandahs hunting for insects. In short I have an organic home that embraces all that nature has to keep me healthy. Although mosquitoes and flies aren’t welcome 😂
