Sunday Gratitude – Quote June 23, 24

Yoga for Self and Society

This year marks the 10th International Day of Yoga with the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.” Why Yoga? It a practice for harmony of mind and body, balance between thought and action even combining restraint and fulfillment. Who doesn’t need that? Well I do!

It just so happens that I have an Apple Watch and Apple TV plus the workout fitness app. This year Apple made a special challenge for Yoga Day.

Ok, let’s do this!

Calling all levels yogis! Get ready to be in the flow!

Hey, even I can do senior level yoga, I have a chair! (Older Adult level I mean.)

I enjoyed the soothing gentle movements and the knowledge that a chair was “back there” to sit on or hold.

And just like that…

I rose up to the challenge. Literally, “Mountain Pose”.

My response: Gratitude!

The Universe’s response: Law of Attraction!

My response: More Gratitude!

Photos taken with my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Congratulations, but there is no photo to prove that you actually did this.
