Ok, so it’s raining!
Well at least I’m dry in my car.
No, No, No! Neal honey!
Look out your window! I will not quickly open the car. I won’t splash through the river of rain separating me from the sidewalk.
I refuse to dash 10 feet on slippery historic downtown Savannah brick. These bricks are 100 years old. My 58 year old hip would break! And I do not want to fumble my keys to unlock the apartment door all soak and wet! (Sad face emoji).
Twenty minutes later…
I don’t actually remember how long we sat in that car.
