Hello Kitty: Washington Square Kitties
Walking in downtown Savannah you are sure to meet a cat. Stray cats, alley cats, collared cats, yes yes there be cats lurking. This morning walk I decided to explore our little neighborhood block. Washington Square has been our hangout spot for years.

As I headed back I caught the glimpse of cats just lounging in the Azalea bushes and Boxwood hedges.

Knowing this was their home I maintained some distance for my cat-photo-shoot.

A wonderful bluegrass concert just blocks from our apartment, The Metal Building at Trustees’ Garden. Fiddles, Banjo, guitar and awesome vocals bringing Savannah “root music”, “old music”.
