Happy 900 Days of Photoblogging
RobertSnapSpot.com keeps hitting milestones!

This is the message I received from WordPress this morning. Such a surprise that I have been publishing posts for 900 days straight. I think that’s a cool accomplishment.

Wow that’s 2.466 calendar years or 29.589 months without missing a daily post!

Crossing Bridges 7: The Old McCaysville Bridge

Bridge Street Bridge (Old McCaysville Bridge) over Toccoa River (Ococee River) in McCaysville, Georgia.

Taking a slow scenic railroad train from Blue Ridge to McCaysville, Georgia is one way to see this bridge which is on the site HistoricBridges.org. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway was a quiet and leisurely ride to the stop where a town is split in two states. Yes there is an actual line through stores, restaurants and streets.
