True story!
I walked into Washington Square just around the corner from our apartment in Historic Downtown Savannah, and headed straight to my favorite bench.
Large crape mytles cast shade on the tabby/wooden bench which were a perfect respited from December heat even in early evening. Yes there is hot weather that late in the South!
Lying conspicuously on the tabby table adjacent my bench, there was a note addressed “Lost and Found” with a cool pair of glasses laying on top the note.
Of course I immediately saw a photo opportunity!
Later both the note and the glassy were gone. I hope there it was a happy reunion!
