Today we are at nearby Gordonia Atamaha State Park (later renamed Jack Hill State Park) .
There were so many wonders to behold in nature! Lakes and trees, trails and birds. Then I spotted against a mighty Pine Tree, a little caterpillar.
He was making his way up the massive trunk. Climbing into grooves, over sap and loose bark.
This little guy was determined to get there!
He climbed through tangles of Spanish Moss that draped everywhere on the tree with ease.
