Celebrating “BlueSquares”, new post from a past challenge.
Not a case of the “Blues” here! We are preparing for our first year celebrating “The Day of the Dead”. We decided to honor our loved ones on Nov 2 as others around the world also will be doing. 2019 and 2020 were years of heavy losses for both Neal and Me. My Grandmother 94, my Dad 73, and my Mom 63. Neal’s Brother 74 and his Dad 96. Both our parents have passed on, and we miss them dearly! This year we are inviting them back home.
All that grieving has made room for celebrating their lives! A Day of the Dead streamer marks the area set aside for the family altar.
