Shell in Lake Seminole
You can find these large fascinating shells lying around all over Seminole State Park, Donaldsville, Georgia.
The shells are beautiful but the park ranger explained how these snails were an invasive species and their slime has a highly dangerous neurotoxin that can do serious harm to human health. Believe me I got rid of the shells I collected.
