Healthy smoothie anyone? How about in your bowl?

Grab your spoon folks! You are gonna enjoy this!

Grapes, strawberries, bannanas, frozen then blended with a spoon of almond butter and almond milk.

I topped my bowl with slices of banana and grapes, fresh blue berries, peanuts and organic hulled hemp seeds. Beautiful and delicious!

Ingredients

1½ cup (360 ml) Peanut Milk

2 cups (280 g) frozen red grapes

½ cup (70 g) sliced frozen banana

2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

Serve immediately in bowls with your choice of garnishes – we love a drizzle of peanut butter or honey with freshly sliced grapes.
