Summer lunch my friends!
Ok folks. It was far too hot on Sunday in Savannah for turning on the stove. We needed something cool and delicious.
How to build this beautiful salad? First get a big bowl. Why? Because you might not want to share your personal salad with someone else (Neal). Delicious red leaf lettuce as a base, chopped green onion, red onion, cherry tomatoes, green grapes and celery stalks.
My salad bowl was topped with a rotisserie chicken salad I made, chopped rotisserie chicken breast and avocado wedges. Neal opted out on the chicken salad part. Yes, our bowls were quite picture worthy!
Only the French use french dressing Neal, you’re Irish!
Add a cold glass of iced sweet tea…
