Yes we climbed to the top of the lighthouse, made it safely back to the mainland and the casserole was delicious I think.
I hope you really did enjoy the casserole. Maybe a few wines before dinner?
Neal is not much of a wine person so we have it rarely. Mostly when I’m cooking a recipe that needs wine.
