Do signs really matter these days?

Ok, I’ll admit, living and driving downtown can be quite difficult for some drivers.

We live on the corner of two “One Way” streets and you would not believe the number of times we have seen a car turn past the “Do Not Enter” sign headed into on coming traffic.
