Thoughtful Thursday
I consider that mostly, I’m a cheery, light hearted person. Easy going. Filled with affirmations, positive thoughts, meditations, songs in the shower.
But…
There are times (moments, even days) when that is not enough to get me off the ground.
Out the rut.
Through the situation.
To the next moment.
To lift me above, away from the people around me.
Like a balloon filled with helium lying on the pavement in the park. A balloon with no strings attached, I should be soaring with the clouds.
