Farewell August days of Summer, what awaits us in September?

This evening I prepared a dish of Chicken Scallopini with Irish Potatoes. As you can see, not too much of this deliciousness was left. Thin cut chicken breaded, mushrooms in a creamy white wine sauce. Oven roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary.

A beautiful August sky dazzles just after sunset. One month “sunsets” so to allow the promise of September to rise in our hearts.

I couldn’t tell you what I snapped last. September is bringing us another road trip which I am so looking forward to, along with the beginning of everything fall. Your meal looks and sounds amazing!
