We are back at our favorite Saturday hangout, The Forsyth Farmers Market. I haven’t been here in over two months. Well I haven’t been anywhere at all last month. So post recovery covid, this was the perfect place to walk slow and find health food. Our goal was to park as close then walk to the the farmers market but after passing up a few spots we had to drive around awhile. This allowed us to walk right by this note posted for me to see.
I began feeling my fabulous self! Thank you “Kindness Fairy Project!”
So glad to see all the familiar venders and new ones too! There was live music, dog walkers and a loving community mixing together. I never know what I’m going to photograph, animal-vegetable-mineral, but I will leave with cool pics!
We are always happy with farm fresh haul we bring home!
Roses bloom while vines reach. Macros reveal hidden hues and sweet strawberries tempt us to find a reason to bite them. From Farmers Markets to botanical gardens red abounds! Summer fruits all juicy and ripe as well as delicious peppers. Flowers or berries found while hiking state parks. Just look at the rain drops on petal.

A beautiful find at our favorite Saturday hangout, The Forsyth Farmers Market. (Yes, post-pandemic we are back!) We usually walk there for three reasons. 1. To stock up on seasonal veggies. 2. Mark off daily exercise, walking. 3. I never know what I’m going to photograph, animal-vegetable-mineral, but I will leave with cool pics!
One Saturday morning before my routine browsing of the local farmers market in beautiful Forsyth Park, Savannah, I decided to enjoy a mocha latte at a favorite little cafe’, The Sentient Bean. I asked for coffee but what I got in return was a work of art. Almost to good to drink but I did have to buy those fresh organic vegetables. I think the barista must have worked at SCAD, the local art school, or something because I had to know how a leaf appeared in my cup. I imagined the young lady creating the Mona Lisa in the next customer’s cup. Oddly when I poured Coffeemate into my cup at home, the contents completely changed color, no Van Gogh there. Ok, enough pondering, that latte was good!
