No ordinary morning here! Baking for breakfast means it will be Fruitful!

Too be truthful I’m in love with Ramekins! Mine are 7 Ounces Ceramic, Mini Casserole dishes with lids. So I’m always looking for opportunities to create recipes that make the ideal serving for one.

This morning crisp fall apples and our seasonal favorite, cranberries are with a tasty topping of butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and flour, baked to a golden perfection. Oh my! Smell that! Breakfast is served.

I know this is for breakfast but who else wants a scoop of vanilla ice cream? Non-dairy of course!
