Thursday Trio: What is Robert Cooking?

Margherita Pizza features a bubbly crust, with a trio of classic ingredients; crushed tomato sauce, fresh wet mozzarella balls, and fresh aromatic basil.

I subbed the pizza dough with delicious Chicago Italian Bread. You should hear the crust crunch!
