Crock Pot Cooking my friends!
A delicious pork tenderloin marinated in applewood bacon and bourbon sauce then served with butter parsley russet potatoes and cabbage sautéd in butter w/onions and rosemary.
I used the drippings with butter, onions, mushrooms and a pour of Woodford Reserve Bourbon to create a dreamy cream sauce to finished the plated meal.
Cabbage started in medium pot.

The slow cooker made the meat flavorful, perfectly cooking with rich juices.
Time to plate! Top the pork with a generous helping of mushroom sauce.
Look at it! I mean, this meal was very picture worthy! Oh did I mention, melt in your mouth good.
