A full day at work lead to making meatloaf, mash and green beans for dinner while responding to your post 😁
I haven’t had meatloaf in a long time, sounds good.
Made this one with ground chicken, scallion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcester, mustard, ketchup, ranch seasoning and topped with hoison sauce.
Sounds like a good recipe!
