Cellpic Sunday May 4, 2025:

What to do on a Sunday?

What would you be doing on May 4th 2025?

Well in downtown Historic District Savannah mere blocks from our apartment, walking distance, there is the Historic and Famous Lucas Theatre. Guess what is playing?

Being a lover of all things “Star Wars”, yes a “Nerd” (The term fits here), a “Sci-Fi” dude, I purchased a singular ticket (Neal is NOT a lover of Sci-Fi, so I left home on the couch) and speed-walked to the theatre knowing there would be a line.

After picking up my will call ticket I saw the line for popcorn was infinitely long than the line to get into the theatre and this gave me time train to an actual Jedi which upon graduation I got a light saber and my picture taken. Hey, no lie! the concessions line was that long!

I heard over an announcement that shorter concession lines were up stairs and I bounded toward the balcony area.

Popcorn?

I found the perfect seat with the perfect view of the screen then two fans sat down in front of me.

Still it was a great theatre experience! Fans cheering and clapping, the-best-time-ever!
