    Fungi are out there. You just have to know where to look.

    Morning walks allow me to open my eyes to things we over look daily.

    Just a casual stroll along the walking trail around Tom Triplett Park’s pond on Sunday. I found a fungi peeking from a rotting tree trunk. Large and gorgeous!

    Such a beautiful sight I had to move in for a better look.

    My next thought was to use the iNaturalist app to id my find. A wonderful partner if you like exploring nature.
