Thursday Doors: Fruitful Welcome

[photoshop:Headline]. [photopress:stringOfKeywords].

What is this I have found during a morning walk through my saunter through the lovely homes on the historic district downtown. There is actually a pineapple above a door… in Savannah?

The pineapple once represented unreachable wealth, the fruit now represents warm welcomes, celebration and hospitality, especially in the South. So how appropriate that this home for sale in Savannah’s Historic District, The South. Beautiful delicious red apples and a pineapple hung above the door greet potential buyers to own home in the hostess city.

Beautiful doorway, Robert! May I ask, is that really the design or is it missing some fruits on the top left portion?
